   "knowledge" and "credibility" are two entirely different things.
   For example, Republican John Boehner no doubt has a great deal of
   "knowledge" about Congressional politics.  But right now, he has very
   little "credibility" because of his actions vis a vis the Tea Party and
   Conservatives.
