The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is asking the U.S. Supreme
Court to pass on Elon Musk's complaint that an agency-imposed gag order
violates his free speech rights, arguing the Tesla CEO entered the
agreement willingly and has presented no legal justification for backing
out.
