Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., urged the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission on Thursday to investigate whether Tesla's board of directors is
independent from CEO Elon Musk, saying recent reports suggest the
billionaire controls the board for his personal benefit.
