Donald Trump's attorneys told a New York judge they will argue that he
lacked intent to commit the felonies alleged in his hush money case because
the former president knew he had attorneys involved in the payoffs to women
during his 2016 election campaign, but that it's not quite an
advice-of-counsel defense.
