Victims of a former San Antonio lawyer's multimillion-dollar fraud scheme
claim his theft was enabled by Wells Fargo willfully turning a blind eye to
the lawyer's misuse of trust accounts holding client funds, according to a
lawsuit in Texas federal court that alleges the bank profited from this
scheme.
