A Delaware bankruptcy judge began on Wednesday to lay out a course for
picking an independent examiner in the Chapter 11 case of defunct
cryptocurrency exchange operator FTX, explaining that the court's focus was
on moving quickly, avoiding big expenses and not having to "reinvent the
wheel."
