The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission told Apple Inc. on Tuesday that
the tech giant must allow its investors to vote on two separate shareholder
proposals by conservative nonprofits requesting that Apple investigate and
disclose how its app curation and other practices align with certain human
rights policies.
