Meta told a California federal judge Friday it's agreed to drop its
remaining claim in litigation alleging Israeli company Bright Data
unlawfully scrapes user data from Meta's social media platforms to sell to
third parties, and Meta also agreed to waive its right to appeal its recent
partial summary judgment loss.
