A New York federal judge Friday largely denied a dismissal bid by gun
distributors accused by New York Attorney General Letitia James of selling
gun parts that can be easily converted into "ghost guns" to customers
without background checks, rejecting the distributors' argument that the
state's claims infringe on the Second Amendment.
