Prosecutors alerted a New York federal judge Tuesday about a possible
conflict stemming from Sam Bankman-Fried's recent hiring of Marc Mukasey,
who also represents Celsius founder Alex Mashinsky in his criminal
proceedings, noting Celsius lent money to Alameda Research, which repaid
some of the loans using FTX's customer funds.
