Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose has asked a New York state court to
throw out a former Penthouse model's civil suit claiming he sexually
assaulted her in a hotel in the late 1980s, arguing that the interaction
was consensual and calling the claim "salacious, inflammatory and false."
