The wife of luxury home developer Nir Meir, who was charged with falsifying
records and defrauding investors, is hoping to avoid paying more than
$360,000 in attorney fees to Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP in a
proposed class action, saying her husband forged her signature on a fee
agreement with the firm.
