The business, founder and venture capital backers behind decentralized
cryptocurrency exchange Uniswap Labs told the Second Circuit that a New
York federal judge was right to dismiss a suit from investors who claimed
they bought scam tokens on the platform since the business didn't enter
into any contract with buyers.
