The Georgia Supreme Court on Tuesday unanimously denied an attorney's
request for a retroactive suspension for forging a court order for his
client, ruling that it would be "inappropriate" if he resumed practicing
law while in the process of a pretrial diversion program to have his felony
forgery case dismissed.
