Hunter Biden lost his bid to end his criminal tax case over claims his
prosecution is vindictive and politically motivated, among other arguments,
after a California federal judge ruled Monday that Biden "filed his motion
without any evidence" and merely "cites portions of various internet news
sources, social media posts and legal blogs."
