A Texas federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit brought by real estate
entities associated with a Dallas developer who accused the founders of
Megatel Homes LLC of racketeering, saying that the lawsuit didn't plausibly
state that the defendants had engaged in any unlawful racketeering activity.
