The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has ordered an Ohio community bank and
a New York digital "hybrid" bank to strengthen their oversight of business
partners, the latest in the agency's recent spate of enforcement actions
over banks' management of their third-party relationships with financial
technology firms and other outside companies.
