The owner of file sharing platform BitTorrent asked a Manhattan federal
judge to toss the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's lawsuit
alleging the fraudulent and unregistered sale of a pair of crypto tokens,
saying the agency is trying to extend U.S. securities laws to foreign
entities.
