honestly want to do it in ways that are helpful rather than harmful.

it is hard to compress into a meme. mind control tech is needed for
mental health, but it needs to give influence that people would
consent to for it to succeed, and it's spent so much time prioritizing
its goals over its means that it doesn't tend to pick means that do
this at all
