Judge Floats Sanctions For Funders In Apple Patent Dispute

A California federal judge said Tuesday that two litigation funders may
have made misleading statements to the court about their relationship to a
patent infringement suit against Apple Inc., and he ordered them to explain
why they should not be sanctioned.
