SEC Fines Fifth Third Securities Over Muni Bond Disclosures

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Tuesday that
Ohio-based Fifth Third Securities Inc. has agreed to pay over $700,000 to
settle claims that it failed to comply with municipal bond offering
disclosure requirements under the Securities Exchange Act.
