Scammed Companies Can Take Disbarred Atty's Court Funds

Dialysis giant DaVita and others scammed by a disbarred Colorado attorney
may garnish nearly $175,000 of the ex-lawyer's money, a state judge has
determined, finding that a criminal court had released the funds weeks
after the same judge paused proceedings pending release of the cash.
