Oh yes Istanbul had three names in the history: Byzantium, Constantinople and now  Istanbul. And yup the mines left by Ukraine are now in the Bosphorus. Russia warned Turkey. On the other hand, Ukraine laid mines  in the city where I live and where I was born.
